In close consultation with public health officials and community leaders, Stamford Downtown has designed a Parade Spectacular Park Party! that can safely accommodate an audience of young and old with the energy and excitement that we have brought to the community the Sunday before Thanksgiving for decades.

The event will feature giant helium balloons, Cirque-tacular aerialists, photos with Santa and Friends and more—spread throughout the park for spectators to roam around and enjoy!

PLUS! a jam-packed performance schedule featuring local marching bands and dance groups.

The event is FREE, no tickets/pre-registration required! RAIN OR SHINE!

Do I need tickets for this event?
No tickets or pre-registration needed.

Where should I park?
There are several parking garages within walking distance of the venue.  Parking Map >>>
Parking is FREE on Sundays between 10am-5pm

Will there be food/drinks for purchase?
The Mill River Park Snack Box will be open during the event. PLUS, upon arrival at the Park Party you will receive 10% off coupon valid on Sunday, at 20+ participating downtown restaurants. Enjoy the event and then head to a participating restaurant for lunch!

Do I have to arrive at 12pm?
No! All activities and entertainment will be on-going from 12-3pm.
