Join us this July for our free four-week crash course into mindfulness with sessions led by our team of certified therapists and mindfulness teachers. In the four weeks, we will guide participants through introductory mindfulness topics and help guide each participant to find ways they can include these techniques in their everyday lives.

The teachers especially plan this program to ensure that participants leave with sufficient knowledge to start a healthy mindfulness practice of their own.

August 5th: Session 3: Mindfulness with Kendra, led by Ms. Kendra Waldman (@kendrawaldman)

August 12th: Session 4: Mindfulness with Monica led by Dr.Monica Jain (@mindfulmonicajain)
