In consideration for the opportunity to attend an event, and by entering the venue, each entrant agrees to the Wednesday Nite Live terms and conditions of admission:
The following are the terms and conditions of admission to Wednesday Nite Live in Stamford Downtown. In consideration for the opportunity to attend an event, and by entering the venue, each entrant agrees to such terms and conditions, which apply regardless of the form of any ticket or other invitation to an event, or where or by whom such ticket or invitation is held, stored, or displayed.
Wednesday Nite Live is an all-age event. Children 12 and under are free. Children do not require a ticket, but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
No Re-Entry. Once a patron leaves the music venue, they may not re-enter on same ticket.
No Refunds
Police reserve the right to limit entry due to crowd control, regardless of whether or not a patron has a ticket (in which case a refund can be requested).
COVID-19:
Per City of Stamford, all patrons must show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 Test taken within 72 hours of entry.
Proof of vaccination includes a CDC COVID-19 Vaccination Card or a photo of it (digital or printed) and an ID matching the name on your vaccine documentation.
Proof of a negative test (taken within 72 hours of entry) may be a printed or digital result from a PCR or Rapid test with the name that matches the patron’s ID.
Given the outdoor setting and vaccination/test requirement, masks will be optional, but are recommended in areas of the venue where social distancing is not possible.
Children ages 3 to 12 years may mask at all times, when not eating or drinking, in lieu of providing a negative Covid test. Children under 2 are exempt.

Attendee acknowledges that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By visiting the concert venue, Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks to you and your close contacts related to exposure to COVID-19 and other bacteria, virus, or pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness. Attendee waives any and all claims and potential claims against Stamford Downtown, Mill River Park Collaborative, the City of Stamford, Artists, Vendors and Sponsors relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers. It is the responsibility of the attendee to understand and comply with CDC mask wearing guidelines. Attendees are reminded that concerts may be cancelled, potentially with short notice for public health and safety reasons. If event is cancelled before the doors open, refunds will be issued.
WEATHER: This is an all-weather event. Please come prepared. However, lightning storms may cause the venue to be unsafe for performers, staff, volunteers, and ticket holders and attendees may be prohibited from entering or remaining in the venue in such an instance. If an event is cancelled before the doors open, refunds will be issued. If an event must be cancelled for safety reasons after the doors open, refunds will not be given.
Organizer reserves the right to move event to indoor venue.
RULES, INSTRUCTIONS, DIRECTIONS: The attendee must follow all rules of Wednesday Nite Live, and all posted and/or verbal directions and instructions of Wednesday Nite Live staff and volunteers, while present on Wednesday Nite Live venue. Failure to abide by such rules, instructions and/or directions may result in expulsion from the venue.
PROHIBITED ITEMS: You and your belongings may be searched upon entry to the venue. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Security professionals at all entry portals will ensure that all attendees adhere to the following limitations on entry:
Prohibited Items:
- No outside liquids of any kind (including alcoholic beverages)
- No illegal substances of any kind
- No backpacks or oversized bags larger than 18”x14”
- No coolers
- No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, hover boards or sporting equipment of any kind
- No weapons or firearms
- No pets (Service dogs are permitted)
- No camera with detachable lenses or video cameras, no audio recording equipment
- No drones
- No tents
- Mill River Park is a Non-Smoking Venue
FOOD AND DRINK will be available for purchase at the venue. Photo ID is required for purchase of alcoholic beverages inside the venue (valid and current motor vehicle operator’s license, identity card issued by the State Department of Transportation or a valid and current Passport or Global ID along with another form of photo ID) No outside alcohol permitted.
PHOTO RELEASE
I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed. I agree to allow my photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.
WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION: In exchange for admission to Wednesday Nite Live venue, Attendee hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Stamford Downtown Special Services District, Mill River Park Collaborative, the City of Stamford, and their respective affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives; other concert attendees; event performers/performer; sponsors, advertisers and vendors; and the successor and assigns of each of them (each considered one of the “Releasees” herein), to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, and damages, which Attendee has or may have for any claims or causes of action arising out of or relating in any manner to attendance at the venue; attendance at, observation of and/or participation in any event at the venue; or any related activities. In further exchange for admission to the venue, Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless any and all Releasees from and against any and all demands, suits, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), including but not limited to, any claims by or on behalf of Attendee or any accompanying minor, arising out of or relating in any manner to (i) Attendee’s and/or an accompanying minor’s attendance at the venue; attendance at, observation of, and/or participation in any event at the venue; or any related activities, or (ii) Attendee’s and/or an accompanying minor’s acts or omissions. In exchange for admission to Wednesday Nite Live venue, Attendee covenants not to sue (or assist any person in suing) any Releasee for any matter related to the above assumptions, releases, indemnifications, or agreements.
You agree to comply with all Wednesday Nite Live applicable rules, policies, terms, and conditions. Wednesday Nite Live reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly by event management, or who fails to comply with Wednesday Nite Live rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is not redeemable for cash. No Refunds.
