From now until May 31st, join CTRides for their Drive Less Climate Challenge, a collective effort to reduce the harmful greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions produced by cars, which are significant contributors to climate change. They’re rallying all Connecticut residents and workers to join this crucial endeavor. Together, we can make a monumental impact by opting to travel by train, bus, carpool, vanpool, bike, scooter, micro-transit, walking, or telecommuting (working from home) instead of driving alone whenever feasible, which would help to significantly decrease GHG emissions for a brighter, more sustainable future.

Participating in the Climate Challenge is easy:

  1. Download the CTrides app or click here to join
  2. Record your green trips
  3. Monitor the environmental impact of your actions and the collective progress through the app or online

Your participation contributes to our planet’s health and gives you a chance to win a gift card valued at $25, $100, $250, and $500.

And something new this year: we’ve partnered with One Tree Planted to plant up to 1,000 trees based on the number of car trips eliminated!
