Sustainable America and People Friendly Stamford will host Currie Bikes and A2B to demonstrate several types of bikes, including electric bikes, for test riding. Mill River Park Collaborative will hold a bike ride in and around the park, led by the Executive Director Milton Puryear. Fleet Feet Sports Stamford’s Wednesday Pub Run will breeze by and high-five cyclists to celebrate sharing the Mill River Greenway! Helmets required.

Rippowam Labs will host a Bike Commuter Meetup in conjunction with Danny’s Cycles. Bike to Work experts John Robert and Ken Tashoff will be on hand to answer your questions about bike commuting.

Make your way to Veterans Park before work on Friday for the 6th Annual Stamford Bike to Work! This event will be bigger and better than ever, with music, free refreshments, a bike repair and inspection station, and plenty of free swag to support your bike commute. You’ll also show your support for a more people friendly city to Mayor David Martin, City and State officials, and local dignitaries.
