Sit and Knit

Join us for a community knitting event to support those in need!
The Gathering Knitting and Crocheting Club welcomes you to learn to knit simple beginner-friendly dishcloths to be paired with dish soap and donated to the food pantry. Participants may also bring their own knitting project to work on and simply enjoy the company of fellow fiber artists.
For those completing the dishcloth project, yarn will be provided along with a limited supply of knitting needles. Participants are encouraged to bring your their own size 7–8 needles and a lawn chair for extra comfort. Beverages and snacks will be available while you craft and connect with others. All skill levels are welcome!
An optional tour of the church will follow the event.
