Yin Yoga Acoustic Serenade

A Sunday Special soft yin yoga practice and serenade. Jen serves up Yin Yoga to traverse muscular and myofascial release, creating space and mobility around large joints in shoulders, hips and spine. Robert fills the room with original acoustic music to complement your practice. A nourishing combo to feed your soul.
No experience is needed, all are welcome. Reservations are required.
