TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The following are the terms and conditions of admission to Brews on Bedford in Stamford Downtown. In consideration for the opportunity to attend an event, and by entering the venue, each attendee agrees to such terms and conditions, which apply regardless of the form of any ticket or other invitation to an event, or where or by whom such ticket or invitation is held, stored, or displayed.

Brews on Bedford is 21+ only. No exceptions (including infants & strollers) Please do not purchase a ticket for anyone under 21, they will not be admitted, and tickets are non-refundable. Photo ID is required for entry (valid and current motor vehicle operator’s license, identity card issued by the State Department of Transportation or a valid and current Passport or Global ID along with another form of photo ID) Digital IDs not accepted.

WEATHER: This is an all-weather event. Please come prepared. However, storms may cause the venue to be unsafe for staff, volunteers and attendees may be prohibited from entering or remaining in the venue in such an instance. If an event is cancelled before the doors open, refunds will be issued. If an event must be cancelled for safety reasons after the doors open, refunds will not be given.

PHOTO RELEASE Attendee understands that at this event or related activities, they may be photographed. Attendee agrees to allow their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY; INDEMNIFICATION: In exchange for admission to venue, attendee hereby releases, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Stamford Downtown Special Services District, the City of Stamford, and their respective affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, volunteers, employees, agents, contractors and representatives; other concert attendees; event performers/performer; sponsors, advertisers and vendors; and the successor and assigns of each of them (each considered one of the “Releasees” herein), to the fullest extent permitted by law, from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, and damages, which Attendee has or may have for any claims or causes of action arising out of or relating in any manner to attendance at the venue; attendance at, observation of and/or participation in any event at the venue; or any related activities. In further exchange for admission to the venue, Attendee agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless any and all Releasees from and against any and all demands, suits, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), including but not limited to, any claims by or on behalf of Attendee, arising out of or relating in any manner to (i) Attendee’s attendance at the venue; attendance at, observation of, and/or participation in any event at the venue; or any related activities, or (ii) Attendee’s acts or omissions. In exchange for admission to venue, Attendee covenants not to sue (or assist any person in suing) any Releasee for any matter related to the above assumptions, releases, indemnifications, or agreements. Attendee agrees to comply with all applicable rules, policies, terms, and conditions. Stamford Downtown reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly by eventmanagement, or who fails to comply with event rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate attendee’s license to attend the event without refund.

The event shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements. If any attendee does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, conditions or rules, in place at the time of the event, then the event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the attendee to leave the venue and such attendee will not be entitled to a refund. Attendee waives all claims and potential claims against Stamford Downtown, the City of Stamford, Artists, Vendors and Sponsors relating to such risks, hazards, and dangers.
