Mindfulness Sessions led by Stamford Mindfulness Project
Wednesdays, July 6-27
6pm-6:45pm
Veterans Memorial Park (130 Atlantic Street)

The free sessions will be led by experienced mindfulness teachers, who will introduce participants to new introductory mindfulness topics.

They will discuss the best ways to manage the prevalent day-to-day feelings like stress, anxiety, worry while increasing more positivity and happiness through multiple scientifically proven mindfulness meditation practices!

The sessions are open to all interested!  Preregistration is suggested, but not required. Link coming soon.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.
