“Let’s Get Physical in Latham Park” is part of Stamford Downtown’s newest Summer Vibes in Latham Park Fitness Classes programming,.  It is a placemaking series of events that is scheduled in Latham Park this summer.

Participating neighborhood businesses have donated their time to bring their exercise classes outside!  Phatburn, Stamford YMCA , Lifecycle Studios and Stamford Yoga have teamed up to offer a plethora of free classes in Latham Park during the summer.  A few extra  surprise pop up classes as well! Check out the schedule below for details and class offerings:

Note: Please be courteous and be on time.  All participants will need to sign a waiver to be eligible to join a class. So please come a few minutes early to sign up.  No prior registration is needed.
